Our Story
It all started with a thank-you card.
In 1981, Mike and Lori Cohen opened a small gift shop in Plano, Texas. Every evening, Mike handwrote thank-you notes to customers who spent $20 or more. This simple gesture sparked a life-changing opportunity — the chance to open a gift shop inside a local hospital.
That moment launched a movement grounded in appreciation, care, and going the extra mile. Today, that same spirit lives on through Kelli’s, Cloverkey, and Lucky Stitch.
